  • Build and maintain a positive relationship with recruitment agencies and partners.
  • Stay informed about job market trends and emerging recruitment tools.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar recruiting role.
  • Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple positions and tasks efficiently.
  • Sound understanding of recruitment best practices and legal requirements.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
