Job Title: Team Leader - Talent Acquisition

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Team Leader to manage and guide our recruitment team. The role involves handling end-to-end hiring, meeting client requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate the recruitment team
Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand manpower needs
Ensure recruitment targets and deadlines are met
Handle bulk, mass, and critical hiring requirements
Maintain and update candidate databases
Prepare recruitment reports and performance updates
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of recruitment experience in a UAE staffing company
Minimum 1–2 years in a team leadership role
Strong knowledge of UAE job market and visa processes
Experience with job portals, ATS and sourcing tools .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems
