Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Broker & Channel Relationship Management

  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with real estate brokers, channel partners, individual financial advisors (IFAs), investment distributors, and banks.
  • Act as the primary interface between Analah and its distribution partners in the UAE and global markets.
  • Maintain high partner engagement through structured communication and ongoing relationship management.

Product Showcasing & Distribution Enablement

  • Present and position real estate, fractional real estate, and investment solutions to broker and institutional partners.
  • Enable partners with clear product understanding, value propositions, and deal structures.
  • Support partners through the transaction lifecycle by coordinating with internal teams.

Partner Onboarding & Growth

  • Onboard new brokers and distribution partners in line with company processes and compliance standards.
  • Maintain an active partner pipeline and support conversion of opportunities into closures.
  • Work closely with internal sales, investment, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution.

Market & Partner Intelligence

  • Capture broker feedback, market demand signals, and competitive insights.
  • Share structured inputs with management to support distribution strategy and product alignment.
  • Identify opportunities to expand broker coverage and distribution reach across global markets.

Governance & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, onboarding documentation, and deal tracking.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and commercial discipline at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Candidates without a formal degree may apply if they demonstrate a strong practical understanding of real estate and financial services.

Experience

  • Exposure to working with brokers, IFAs, distributors, or institutional intermediaries is preferred.
  • Candidates with a strong learning mindset, execution focus, and ambition to grow in real estate and investment distribution are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with real estate investments, fractional ownership, or alternative investment products is an advantage but not mandatory.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capability.
  • Ability to communicate real estate and investment solutions in a clear, business-focused manner.
  • High ownership mindset with willingness to learn and scale responsibility.
  • Structured, process-driven approach to partner management and follow-ups.

Additional Requirement

  • Valid UAE driving license preferred

Role Objective

This is a broker-facing, B2B distribution role. The Relationship Manager is responsible for showcasing real estate and investment solutions to brokers and financial intermediaries, building long-term partnerships, and enabling consistent deal flow through established and emerging distribution channels.

This role does not involve direct B2C selling or end-client prospecting.
