Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
  • Present product features, benefits, and prices clearly and professionally.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Handle customer objections and negotiate to close sales effectively.
  • Upsell and cross-sell complementary items to maximize revenue.

Store Operations

  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Maintain accurate product displays, pricing labels, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in stock checking, receiving new items, and reporting missing or damaged products.
  • Follow the company s sales procedures, policies, and brand standards.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain customer records, follow up on leads, and track orders when required.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.

Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on latest products, specifications, promotions, and market trends.
  • Attend training sessions and continuously improve sales techniques.
