Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the Managing Director during business meetings
Support communication with clients and stakeholders
Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting coordination
Handle emails, correspondence, and documentation
Take meeting notes and follow up on action items
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Act as a point of contact between management and clients
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Degree
Fluent in English (Mandatory)
Malayalam or Tamil language proficiency required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to handle business conversations confidently
Must be currently based in UAE
Prior experience as Secretary / Personal Assistant is an advantage
