Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Managing Director during business meetings

  • Support communication with clients and stakeholders

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting coordination

  • Handle emails, correspondence, and documentation

  • Take meeting notes and follow up on action items

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

  • Act as a point of contact between management and clients

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any Degree

  • Fluent in English (Mandatory)

  • Malayalam or Tamil language proficiency required

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Professional appearance and attitude

  • Ability to handle business conversations confidently

  • Must be currently based in UAE

  • Prior experience as Secretary / Personal Assistant is an advantage
