Roles & Responsibilities
Role Summary
Responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance to support business performance and strategic decision-making. The role acts as a finance advisor to operational teams while ensuring strong governance, reporting accuracy, and cash management.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles.
Perform detailed variance analysis (Actual vs Budget / Forecast).
Develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning, cash flow forecasting, and CapEx evaluation.
Identify financial risks and recommend corrective action plans.
Reporting & Business Support
Prepare monthly management reports and financial dashboards (Power BI preferred).
Provide accurate financial data to internal and external stakeholders.
Support board and management reporting requirements.
Partner with department heads to provide actionable financial insights.
Accounting & Compliance
Ensure month-end close accuracy, accruals management, and general ledger integrity.
Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements.
Oversee VAT filings and Corporate Tax compliance.
Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.

Cash & Commercial Management
Establish effective cash management processes.
Review project and operating agreements for financial impact.
Support evaluation and optimization of ERP systems.
Coordinate with Corporate Accounts and IT for reporting improvements.
