Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the training manager in identifying and meeting L&D demand from the business, and in conducting TNA using data from the year end reviews, and development goals in Tahweel.
- Support in organizing and executing training as per the training calendar and ensure that employees receive relevant and effective training that supports their professional development and the overall goals of the organization.
- Work with training vendors and the business stakeholders to implement special L&D programs planned for the year, for example Flagship Leadership Programs, and the Youth Development Program.
- Manage the e-learning platforms such as E-Cornell/ STRYVE, ensuring employees complete appropriate courses based on their job responsibilities, skills gaps, and career aspirations.
- Create and implement online learning campaigns to increase adoption and consistent usage of the platforms. Support evaluation of training effectiveness through data analysis
- Prepare monthly L&D reports and the slide decks for monthly Operations reviews.
- Support maintenance of training logs and generate/prepare reports on training activities/programs to track employee progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to section heads for informed decision making.
- Support all talent management activities- talent reviews with the business, preparation of reports and talent slide decks for Company and management and maintain talent review data on Tahweel.
- Support completion of PDPs for targeted employees, specifically, potential successors to critical positions, and all UAENs. Generate/prepare reports to track employee progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to section heads for informed decision making.
- Utilize RPAs for managing training invites, uploading training records to Tahweel, and providing monthly Sphera (ESG) updates.
- Support the preparation, utilization, and reporting of annual training budget.
- Support the preparation of the organizational map for the engagement survey launch.
- Support development, maintenance, and implementation of competence matrices, and assessments.
- Assist with departmental ad hoc projects and activities as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources; Master’s degree preferred
- Any relevant certification in training and development - preferred
- CIPD qualification- an advantage
- Minimum of 6 years experience in Human Resources with at least 3-4 year experience working with learning management systems LMS and/or e-learning platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Familiarity with e-Learning platforms, Oracle HRIS, and Oracle LMS
- Ability to prepare reports and presentations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good data analysis skills
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Team player
- Strong organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
