Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the organization.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
  • Conduct reference checks and support the onboarding process.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a strong talent pool for future requirements.

HR Administration:

  • Handle HR documentation including employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as attendance, leaves, and employee changes.
  • Support HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures when required.

General HR Support:

  • Act as a key point of contact for employee queries and HR-related support.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment and administration.
  • Solid understanding of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory and should have own Visa (Dependent/Spouse Visa).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
