Roles & Responsibilities
- Overseeing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new staff members
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and attract talented folks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, resolving issues effectively.
- 4+ Years experience in Blue Collars hiring and employee engagement.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain and record employee attendance.
