Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive – Turkish to manage and support Turkish employees across various HR functions. The role will serve as a key HR point of contact for Turkish-speaking staff, ensuring smooth employee relations, grievance handling, engagement initiatives, onboarding processes, and policy implementation in alignment with company standards and UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Act as the primary HR liaison for Turkish employees.
Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
Maintain employee relations records and documentation.
2. Employee Engagement
Develop and implement engagement initiatives tailored to Turkish workforce needs.
Facilitate communication between management and Turkish staff.
Support employee satisfaction surveys and action plans.
Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
3. Onboarding & Induction
Manage end-to-end onboarding process for Turkish employees.
Conduct HR orientation sessions in Turkish.
Ensure smooth documentation, visa coordination, and policy briefings.
Support integration into company culture and operations.
4. HR Policy & Compliance
Communicate company policies clearly in Turkish and English.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
Assist in policy interpretation and implementation.
Support disciplinary procedures when required.
5. HR Operations Support
Maintain employee records and HRIS updates.
Support payroll coordination and attendance management.
Coordinate with PRO and administration teams for documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, preferably in construction or large workforce environments.
Fluency in Turkish and English (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Skills
Experience handling multicultural workforce.
Strong problem-solving and mediation skills.
High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
Proficiency in HRMS systems.
