Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive – Turkish to manage and support Turkish employees across various HR functions. The role will serve as a key HR point of contact for Turkish-speaking staff, ensuring smooth employee relations, grievance handling, engagement initiatives, onboarding processes, and policy implementation in alignment with company standards and UAE labor laws.

  • Key Responsibilities

    1. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

    • Act as the primary HR liaison for Turkish employees.

    • Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.

    • Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.

    • Maintain employee relations records and documentation.

    2. Employee Engagement

    • Develop and implement engagement initiatives tailored to Turkish workforce needs.

    • Facilitate communication between management and Turkish staff.

    • Support employee satisfaction surveys and action plans.

    • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

    3. Onboarding & Induction

    • Manage end-to-end onboarding process for Turkish employees.

    • Conduct HR orientation sessions in Turkish.

    • Ensure smooth documentation, visa coordination, and policy briefings.

    • Support integration into company culture and operations.

    4. HR Policy & Compliance

    • Communicate company policies clearly in Turkish and English.

    • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.

    • Assist in policy interpretation and implementation.

    • Support disciplinary procedures when required.

    5. HR Operations Support

    • Maintain employee records and HRIS updates.

    • Support payroll coordination and attendance management.

    • Coordinate with PRO and administration teams for documentation.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

    • Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, preferably in construction or large workforce environments.

    • Fluency in Turkish and English (mandatory).

    • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law.

    • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to manage sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience handling multicultural workforce.

    • Strong problem-solving and mediation skills.

    • High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.

    • Proficiency in HRMS systems.
