Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
-
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding.
-
Support policy implementation, HR procedures, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
-
Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers, including job postings, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
-
Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation.
-
Assist in the preparation of HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
-
Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
-
Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance records in coordination with Finance and Payroll teams.
-
Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent HR standards and employee experience.
-
Participate in HR initiatives such as performance cycles, engagement activities, and internal communications.

Ensure smooth communication, timely updates, and support to employees across all HR matters.
Requirements
-
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 4 6 years of HR experience, preferably within a multinational or regional corporate environment.

Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR regulatory requirements.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
-
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience supporting large teams across multiple departments or business units.
