Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Finance Manager is responsible for the overall financial management of the precast plant, including budgeting, cost control, payroll for employees, financial reporting, and compliance. The role ensures financial sustainability and supports management with timely and accurate financial information for decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1st Attempt.

Minimum 10–12 years’ experience in finance management, preferably in precast/construction/manufacturing industries in the GCC.

Strong background in cost accounting and project-based financial control.

Strong leadership and analytical skills. Excellent knowledge of VAT, and UAE corporate tax laws. Advanced Excel, financial modelling, and reporting skills. Ability to manage large teams and high-volume transactions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with ERP systems.
