Manage the full recruitment cycle for both technical and support roles, guiding candidates through all stages of the hiring process.

Partner closely with business teams to understand role requirements and workforce planning needs.

Track and analyze Talent Acquisition KPIs to measure recruitment efficiency and recommend process improvements.

Proactively headhunt and source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, career events, and referrals to build a high-quality talent pipeline.

Source, pre-screen, and communicate with a minimum of 10 candidates daily to maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Build and maintain an updated database of qualified Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and IT Consultants based on market trends.

Utilize the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for candidate sourcing, tracking, and maintaining accurate applicant records.

Regularly update and maintain applicant inventory to ensure data accuracy.

Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate job requisitions, clarify requirements, and define ideal candidate profiles.

Qualify candidates for technical roles through thorough pre-screening and interviews.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring candidatesu2019 availability.

Negotiate job offers and contract terms with selected candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Ensure all recruitment documentation (resumes, interview notes, availability, salary expectations) is complete and organized for every candidate.

Support employer branding efforts by creating a positive and professional candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.

Support performance management efforts by:

• Gathering feedback from hiring managers on new hire performance.
• Providing insights to HR and leadership on recruitment quality and retention.
• Using hiring data to refine job profiles and candidate selection criteria.
