Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform precise TIG welding on a variety of metals including stainless steel and aluminum, ensuring high-quality, clean welds that meet industry standards.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute complex welding tasks accurately, demonstrating strong spatial awareness and attention to detail.
  • Set up and maintain welding equipment, including adjusting settings for voltage and amperage, to optimize performance and achieve desired results.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of welds and materials to identify defects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding or a related field is preferred to ensure foundational knowledge.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in TIG welding, showcasing a proven track record of delivering high-quality work in diverse environments.
  • Certification in TIG welding from a recognized institution, such as AWS or ASME, to validate skills and enhance employability.
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or automotive industries, demonstrating versatility and adaptability to various welding applications.
