A successful UAE National TA Senior Manager should have the following qualities:

• Proven expertise in talent acquisition/recruitment within reputable organisations.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and workforce planning
• Comprehensive knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
