Roles & Responsibilities

Summary:

Alokozay Group of Companies is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive with proven experience in handling administrative responsibilities, including VIP travel and hospitality bookings. The ideal candidate will support administrative tasks, ensuring smooth internal processes and exceptional service for senior executives and guests.


Key Responsibilities:

Admin Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives and management.
  • Arrange flight and hotel bookings for VIP guests, senior management, and employees.
  • Assist the Fleet Department with backend and administrative support as needed.
  • Support procurement-related activities including preparing purchase requests, liaising with suppliers, and tracking orders.
  • Assist with HR functions such as coordinating recruitment efforts, arranging interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases accurately.
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders for office supplies, electronics, stationery, and other essentials.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in Administration, with experience handling VIP travel or executive bookings, UAE work experience is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., SAP, Oracle or similar).
  • Experience working in hospitality or executive services is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
