Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office supplies inventory, ensuring timely replenishment to avoid operational disruptions.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents using software like Microsoft Office Suite with accuracy.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Demonstrates excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with strong typing skills.
Possesses strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally.
Must be on own visa (spouse/student/sponsor etc.)
Fluency in English (Hindi is preferred)
