Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Operations & Authority Inspections Support

  • Support the Operations Department in preparation and coordination of Government and Authority inspections (Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing, Civil Defence, and other regulatory bodies)

  • Ensure all required inspection documents, records, and permits are prepared, updated, and available

  • Coordinate with department heads to follow up on inspection requirements and corrective actions

  • Act as a liaison between Operations and relevant authorities when required

  • Maintain inspection checklists, compliance reports, and follow-up records

Administration & Office Coordination

  • Maintain accurate filing systems for operational’ s compliance documents

Executive & CEO Support

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Human Resources Support

  • Assist HR with employee records, documentation, and filing

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Coordinate training schedules, staff communications, and attendance records

  • Assist with HR compliance documentation as required

Interdepartmental Coordination

  • Liaise with Operations, Front Office, Housekeeping, HR, and other departments

  • Follow up on management instructions and ensure timely completion of tasks

  • Support smooth communication across departments

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field

  • Experience as Customer Service in a hotel or related field

  • MS Office tools-Word, Excel, Power point

  • Project Management

  • Knowledge of UAE authority inspections and hospitality compliance is an advantage
