Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, including maintaining office records, preparing contracts, and processing documentation related to real estate transactions. • Coordinate and organize meetings, appointments, and communication between clients, agents, and other stakeholders. • Assist in the management and listing of sales, leasing, and off-plan properties across various online portals to ensure maximum visibility and client engagement. • Reach out to customers for property management services, providing information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all paperwork and operations. • Support the management team in daily operations and contribute to business development activities. • Maintain client databases and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate or a related field. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software. • Knowledge of real estate processes and documentation is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
