Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the entire company formation process, including document preparation, submission, and liaison with relevant government authorities.
- Act as the primary Public Relations Officer (PRO), ensuring smooth processing of visas, permits, and other government-related documentation for employees.
- Handle all real estate-related matters, such as lease agreements, property management, and coordinating with landlords and property agents.
- Maintain and update company records, including trade licenses, legal documents, and employee files, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Manage office administration tasks, including procurement of office supplies, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining office infrastructure.
- Conduct research on relevant laws and regulations related to company formation, PRO services, and real estate, ensuring ongoing compliance.
- Manage the renewal of trade licenses, visas, and other permits, ensuring timely execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to government authorities, ensuring timely compliance with deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Exhibits a strong understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and property laws.
- Demonstrates strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external parties.
- Exhibits strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Displays a proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, while also maintaining confidentiality.
