Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. HR Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and applicable Free Zone regulations

(DMCC preferred).

  • Manage employee contracts, MOHRE documentation, visa processes, and work permits.

  • Liaise with Free Zone authorities and government departments for labour-related matters.

  • Keep updated with amendments in UAE employment laws and Free Zone policies.

  • Support disciplinary procedures and employee grievance handling in line with legal

requirements.

  1. Payroll & Compensation

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing with 100% accuracy.

  • Ensure compliance with WPS (Wage Protection System).

  • Handle EOSB calculations, leave encashments, overtime, deductions, and settlements.

  • Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality.

  • Coordinate with Finance for salary transfers and payroll audits.

    1. HR Operations

  • Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with UAE regulations.

  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.

  • International Exposure (Preferred)

  • Knowledge of regulations in West African countries (Guinea, Ghana, Nigeria, etc.) is a

strong advantage.

  • Experience handling HR operations for multi-country workforce preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience in the UAE.

  • Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and Free Zone regulations (DMCC

experience highly preferred).

  • Proven expertise in payroll management and WPS processing.

  • Experience handling employee lifecycle processes independently.

  • Exposure to West African labour laws is an added advantage
