Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system to support effective follow-up and pipeline management.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to position the company as a thought leader in the marketplace.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners, to foster long-term business engagements.
- Conduct detailed competitor analysis to understand market positioning and identify areas for potential growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of products and services.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with advanced degrees.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within a relevant industry, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
- A strong preference for candidates with multicultural backgrounds, bringing diverse perspectives to the business development process.
- Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills considered an asset for international business dealings.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building rapport and influence across various levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, showcasing adaptability and collaboration.
- A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving results and seizing new opportunities.
