Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities for ARIS BPM solutions across key
industries.
Understand client requirements related to process automation, workflow digitization, and business optimization.
Develop and deliver compelling value propositions, sales pitches, and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and closing.
Coordinate with ARIS product and delivery teams to align solution capabilities with customer needs.
Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
Represent Company and ARIS at industry events, webinars, and client meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus). • 3–7 years of B2B sales experience in selling BPM preferably ARIS • Strong understanding of Business Process Management concepts and technologies (e.g., RPA, workflow automation, process mining). • Demonstrated ability to sell complex solutions and close mid-to-large enterprise deals. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to travel as required.
