Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies aligned with ISO certification goals, driving revenue growth through partner networks.
- Recruit, onboard, and train channel partners on ISO certification processes, ensuring they understand the value proposition and sales methodologies.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing channel partners, providing ongoing support and resources to maximize their success in selling ISO certification services.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Holds a relevant ISO certification or auditing qualification (e.g., Lead Auditor) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in channel sales, preferably within the ISO certification or related industry.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of the ISO certification landscape, including standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
