Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prokraya is expanding its presence in the Middle East, with Saudi Arabia as a strategic priority market. We are seeking a Channel Partner Manager to build, enable, and scale a strong partner ecosystem across the region.
This is a partner-led growth role, focused on driving revenue through resellers, system integrators, and strategic alliances rather than direct sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners across Saudi Arabia
Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, system integrators, and key enterprise clients
Enable partners through product training, solution demos, pricing frameworks, and sales support
Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth
Track partner onboarding, activation, and performance metrics
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners
Share market insights, competitive intelligence, pricing feedback, and localization requirements with internal teams
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure partner success in the Saudi market

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, ERP, Procurement, Payroll, or enterprise software solutions
Strong background in channel sales, alliances, or partner management
Experience working with Enterprise, Government, and Mid-Market customers in Saudi Arabia
Good understanding of the Saudi business ecosystem and partner landscape
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with subscription-based SaaS sales models
Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage
Ability to manage partners remotely across geographies
