Roles & Responsibilities

Prokraya is expanding its presence in the Middle East, with Saudi Arabia as a strategic priority market. We are seeking a Channel Partner Manager to build, enable, and scale a strong partner ecosystem across the region.
This is a partner-led growth role, focused on driving revenue through resellers, system integrators, and strategic alliances rather than direct sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners across Saudi Arabia

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, system integrators, and key enterprise clients

  • Enable partners through product training, solution demos, pricing frameworks, and sales support

  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth

  • Track partner onboarding, activation, and performance metrics

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners

  • Share market insights, competitive intelligence, pricing feedback, and localization requirements with internal teams

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure partner success in the Saudi market

Desired Candidate Profile


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, ERP, Procurement, Payroll, or enterprise software solutions

  • Strong background in channel sales, alliances, or partner management

  • Experience working with Enterprise, Government, and Mid-Market customers in Saudi Arabia

  • Good understanding of the Saudi business ecosystem and partner landscape

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience with subscription-based SaaS sales models

  • Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage

  • Ability to manage partners remotely across geographies
