Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a hotel or fine dining restaurant.
Good knowledge of hot kitchen techniques and cuisines.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Culinary certification or diploma preferred.
