Roles & Responsibilities
Subko Coffee Roasters, one of India s leading names in specialty coffee, cacao, and baked goods, is making its debut in Dubai and looking for talented Bakers to join their dynamic team. The company is known for combining craftsmanship, creativity, and quality in every product and now, they re bringing that same excellence to the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, shape, and bake various types of artisan bread and pastries.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all baked items.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards within the bakery area.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet production targets.
- Assist in menu innovation and recipe development when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in professional bakery or pastry production.
- Strong skills in bread-making, rolling, and croissant preparation.
- Creativity, precision, and a passion for artisanal baking.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team setting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Previous experience in bread making, dough rolling, and croissant preparation required
Qualification: Diploma or Certification in Baking, Culinary Arts, or equivalent professional training
