Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement timely processing of samples according to predetermined lead and delivery times.
Implement Order to cash processing including sampling, quotation, proforma invoice preparation and order confirmation.
Implement continuous monitoring and compliance with contracts, prices, order quantities, batch sizes, delivery packaging and payment as well as implement other agreements. Elaborate corresponding analyses.
Responsible on the cash collection from the customers
Sending the proper needed documentation (Qualification, shipping, agreements) for company customers
Monitor customer complaints together with Complaint Management and in accordance with Sales. Implement communication with customers and conduct appropriate measures (e.g., credit notes) in accordance with the senior manager and Sales.
Following upon the PSS (Preshipment Samples) approval with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handling Orders and providing support to customers
- Responsible for immediate order entry, confirmation after checking availability and processing, and constant updating of corresponding customer base data in the system.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in order management, customer service (Export Mainly)
