Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's Emiratisation strategy, aligning with UAE labor laws and organizational goals, to boost national workforce participation.
- Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for Emirati candidates, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Establish and maintain relationships with government entities like the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), ensuring compliance and fostering collaboration.
- Design and implement training and development programs specifically tailored for Emirati employees, enhancing their skills and career progression.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Emirati employees, providing feedback and guidance to support their growth and success.
- Oversee the Emiratisation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for training, development, and related initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with Emiratisation regulations and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain comprehensive reports on Emiratisation metrics, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the workplace, fostering a supportive environment for Emirati employees.
- Stay updated on the latest Emiratisation policies and regulations, proactively adapting strategies to ensure continued compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Hold relevant professional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM, demonstrating expertise in HR practices.
- Have at least 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Emiratisation within the UAE.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and Emiratisation policies and regulations.
- Be a UAE national, reflecting the core requirement of the role.
- Be fluent in both Arabic and English, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrate proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, facilitating data analysis and reporting.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective relationship building and stakeholder management.
- Exhibit strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, capable of driving Emiratisation initiatives and overcoming challenges.
- Show a proactive and results-oriented approach, demonstrating a commitment to achieving Emiratisation targets and fostering a diverse workplace.
