Position Overview
First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide dedicated administrative and secretarial support to the Asset Management division. This role is critical for managing executive schedules, preparing documentation, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth departmental operations while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.

What You ll Do

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management within the Asset Management division
* Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements while ensuring all relevant documents are prepared in advance
* Draft agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to facilitate team efficiency
* Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of leadership, including drafting replies and prioritizing requests
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, screening calls and managing visitor logistics
* Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documentation as needed for meetings and projects
* Organize internal and external events, ensuring adherence to brand and business requirements
* Maintain filing systems, document tracking, and compliance with corporate governance policies
* Continuously review and improve administrative workflows to enhance office efficiency
* Assist with PR and event logistics, supporting the team in execution of special initiatives

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree preferred
* Minimum 5 years of experience in executive administrative roles; experience with C-Suite or Executive Committee level management is highly desirable
* Previous experience in financial services or international banking is an advantage
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong time management, document preparation, and organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools
* Exposure to agile and scrum environments is a plus
