Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the leadership team.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain confidential records and documentation efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the leadership team and internal or external stakeholders.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and initiatives within the organisation.
- Ensure seamless communication across departments to support business goals.
- Provide administrative support in organising and maintaining office systems and processes.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the leadership team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A strong background in secretarial or business support roles, preferably within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools for administrative tasks.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all tasks.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- A flexible mindset to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
