Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to balance executive support responsibilities with data-driven sales operations tasks.


  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting notes.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and communications professionally.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution of priorities.
  • Support coordination between the CEO and departmental heads.
  • To act as the first point of contact for the CEO, proactively and promptly reviewing and tracking incoming enquiries such as emails, invitations, complaints, and correspondence, responding directly or advising on responses to the CEO, providing clarity of outcomes/actions.
  • Managing and maintaining document libraries and archives.
  • Coordinate all Executive Team meetings and retreats and assist with staff meetings and events as needed.
  • To provide administrative services, including booking meetings, planning events, organizing travel, and preparing travel itineraries; prepare expense reports.
  • Manage all aspects of office services. Evaluate and assist in developing office policies and procedures for improved workflow and anticipate future needs as the organization grows.
  • Aid as needed to front desk operations to include, but not limited to, answering phones, accepting packages and other deliveries, lunchtime relief, and greeting and signing in visitors/guests.
  • Provide hospitality to all guests and help to create a welcoming environment.
  • Preparing documents to be reviewed and presented for signature.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5+ Years of experience in a similar role (Preferably in the IT industry)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Discretion, reliability, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
