Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's complex calendar, ensuring optimal time allocation and prioritization of engagements that align with strategic goals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Prepare and organize high-level reports, presentations, and briefing materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the CEO's vision.
  • Coordinate and oversee logistics for board meetings, executive retreats, and other key events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Track and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring accountability and timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes, providing the CEO with relevant insights and analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports, maintaining a keen eye on fiscal responsibility.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and executive correspondence.
  • Implement and improve office procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Support the CEO in personal tasks as needed, demonstrating a commitment to both professional and personal success.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
  • Minimum of 5 years of executive support experience, particularly in fast-paced corporate environments.
  • Proven experience working closely with C-suite executives, demonstrating an understanding of executive priorities.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable for international communications.
  • Strong technical skills in office software, project management tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in dealing with confidential matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems proactively, anticipating the needs of the CEO.
  • Adaptability and resilience, with a strong ability to thrive in dynamic and changing environments.
