Scale global recurring revenues by building a consistent sales playbook and leveraging strategic partnerships across EMEA, USA, and Australasia.
Lead and mentor a team of business development experts, elevating talent to exceed individual and collective KPIs.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine the value proposition and provide critical market insights for product development.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven track record of scaling a B2B tech startup from #0-1M to #3-5M+ in recurring revenue within the POS or Retail-Tech space.
Extensive experience selling technology solutions to major global retailers and navigating complex contract negotiations for international rollouts.
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and a willingness to be based in Dubai with global travel.
