Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Assist with the design and delivery of training programs (technical, soft skills, onboarding)
Coordinate learning events, workshops, and graduate induction sessions
Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, content uploads, and reporting
Engage with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and track engagement
Help produce internal communications, newsletters, and success stories for L&D campaigns
Support Emiratization and national talent development programs
Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) learning initiatives
Maintain accurate learning records, feedback summaries, and dashboards

Qualifications

Must be a UAE National (with valid Family Book/Emirati ID).
Recent graduate (bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a relevant discipline)
Strong interest in learning, development, and organizational growth.
Good communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
Eagerness to learn about digital learning tools, LMS systems, and instructional design.
