We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Head Bartender to join our team. We pride ourselves on offering an upscale dining environment where the beverage program is as integral to the guest experience as the cuisine. We are looking for a professional who combines technical precision with a welcoming, engaging personality.

The Role:

As our Head Bartender, you will oversee daily bar operations, ensuring service runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. You will be the face of our bar, setting the mood for our guests while maintaining an immaculate and safe workspace.

Your profil:

Professional Experience

• Proven Expertise: A minimum of 3 5 years of experience behind the bar in an upscale or fine dining environment is required.

• Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of premium spirits, classic mixology, and wine service.

Guest Interaction & Service

• Atmosphere: You possess a friendly and engaging personality capable of curating a welcoming atmosphere.

• Engagement: You are skilled in interacting professionally with guests, offering personalised beverage recommendations, and upselling where appropriate.

• Composure: You are capable of resolving guest concerns with grace and maintaining composure during high-pressure peak service hours.

Technical Skills & Operations

• Efficiency: You are fast and efficient, able to prepare drinks rapidly without compromising on presentation or quality standards.

• Equipment Mastery: Proficient in operating and maintaining all standard bar equipment (mixers, blenders, dispensers).

• Hygiene & Safety: You strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations. You take pride in a workspace that is consistently clean, organised, and fully restocked, with full awareness of local alcohol service laws.

Creativity & Innovation

• Menu Development: You will contribute to the creation of unique cocktails and seasonal drink menus that align with our restaurant s concept.

• Passion: You have a keen interest in global bartending trends and a passion for experimenting with new ingredients and techniques to enhance the overall dining experience.
