Roles & Responsibilities

My client is a fast-growing FinTech in the region. They are looking for an outstanding Head of HR to lead their people function.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a group-wide people strategy aligned with our organisational goals (delivered through an OKR framework) and values.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO.
  • Build leadership capability and a high-performance culture through talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Oversee all HR operations, policies, and services, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and employee-centred design.
  • Set clear priorities, foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, and support ongoing development and growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

We re looking for a director/head of level HR leader who combines strategic vision with operational expertise, and who thrives in start up environments.
