Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Safely transport heavy cargo, including aircraft parts and ground support equipment, across airport grounds adhering strictly to all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned heavy trucks, meticulously documenting any mechanical issues or required maintenance.
  • Operate heavy trucks within designated airport areas, navigating complex routes, and adhering to strict speed limits and traffic control guidelines.
  • Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing and weight distribution to prevent damage or shifting during transit.
  • Coordinate with airport personnel, including dispatchers, ramp agents, and other drivers, to facilitate efficient cargo movement and delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience driving heavy trucks, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for clear communication and record-keeping.
