Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Household Management: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the household, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Manage schedules, routines, and any necessary housekeeping tasks.
  • Personal Assistance: Provide personal support to the family members, including scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and managing daily activities.
  • Organize and Coordinate Events: Plan and coordinate family events, both social and business-related, ensuring all details are handled, from invitations to logistics.
  • Administrative Support: Manage family correspondence, emails, and phone calls. Ensure that any important documentation or tasks are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Liaison with External Services: Coordinate with service providers, such as drivers, cleaners, contractors, and other external personnel, ensuring services are carried out to high standards.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for family members, ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Household Budgeting: Assist with budget planning for household expenses and ensure timely payments of bills, utilities, and other household-related costs.
  • Inventory Management: Manage household supplies and groceries, ensuring that everything is stocked and ordered when necessary.
  • Child/Family Care Support: Provide occasional care and assistance with children or elderly family members as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the home is a safe environment, with attention to cleanliness and health standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree.
  • Currently residing in Dubai and holding a valid UAE driving license.
  • Proven experience as a House Manager or Personal Assistant.
  • Available to join immediately.
  • Excellent command of English.
