Description:
Freight Hub Shipping LLC is urgently hiring an HR & Admin Executive to support daily HR and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process WPS payroll accurately and on time.
Manage visa processing and coordinate with PRO services.
Handle end-of-service settlements efficiently.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
Prepare HR letters, documentation, and reports.
Oversee general office administration and day-to-day office operations.
Assist management with HR-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 2 years of experience in HR & Admin in the UAE.
Proven expertise in WPS Payroll, Visa Processing, and EOS Processing.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is an advantage.
