Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in employee hiring, onboarding, documentation, contracts, renewals, and exit formalities. • Ensure compliance with Oman Labour Law and internal HR policies. • Support payroll-related input by coordinating attendance, overtime, leave, and HR records. • Take care of employee onboarding-introducing them to policies compliance, workplace ethics. • Engage with subcontractors and ensure their manpower compliance is as per Oman Labour Law.
Manage daily office and site administrative operations (transport, accommodation, facilities, stationery, etc.). • Coordinate travel arrangements, ticketing, and hotel bookings for employees and visitors. • Supervise drivers, office assistants, and support staff for efficient functioning. • Collect all necessary documents from subcontractor personnel and equipment working on site in order to comply with the laws in Oman
