Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems.
Support leave management processes.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives.
Handle Dubai South immigration matters, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements :
Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HRIS systems.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Arabic language skills are a plus.
