Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The HR Executive is responsible for delivering critical HR functions with a primary focus on Performance Management, Workforce Planning & Budgeting, Departmental Performance Monitoring, and supporting Payroll Administration. This role ensures alignment of HR strategies with company objectives, drives employee engagement and efficiency, and contributes to TAG Dynamics’ culture of operational excellence and safety.
1. Performance Management (End-to-End)
- Assist the HR Manager in designing, implementing, monitoring and managing the company’s Performance Management System (PMS).
- Assist the Executive team in documenting Strategic Planning, Meetings and KPI development of all Departments
- Assist the Head of Departments in Developing KPIs, performance metrics, and competency frameworks aligned for sections and individuals
- Coordinate goal-setting, mid-year, and annual review cycles.
- Documents all Performance related initiatives / meetings related to performance management system
- Conducts performance review validation promoting fairness and equality in performance reviews
- Assist the Heads of Departments in designing and implementing departmental and individual monitoring tools and KPI dashboards
- Manage all records and documents of performance management system
- Prepare analytics and reports to support leadership decisions on promotions, increments, and career paths.
2. Workforce Planning & Budgeting (End-to-End)
- Assist the HR Manager in designing, implementing, monitoring and managing the company’s Workforce Planning and Budgeting.
- Assist the HR Manager in preparing Annual Workforce and Budget plan by consolidating all
- reviewed workforce plan of all heads of the department
- Create, track, and report on the HR budget for recruitment, compensation, training, and engagement.
- Manage all records and documents of performance management system
- Ensure workforce planning complies with UAE labor law and Free Zone regulations.
3. Internal Functions – Department Performance Monitoring
- Leads the design and implementation of monitoring tools and KPI dashboards for HR Department
- Conduct monthly performance audits and report findings to the HR Department.
- Support HR Department in improving efficiency and achieving HR strategic goals.
4. HR Services Backup
- Act as backup for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain employee records and statutory compliance.
- Facilitates Employee engagement activities and Training and development programs
- Safeguard confidentiality in managing employee data.
- Back-up in providing HR Services to employees as needed
- Back-up for recruitment selection and placement as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Training:
- Training in UAE labor law and CHRMP or CPHR.
- HSE awareness or safety compliance training is a plus.
- ISO Integrated Management System
Experience:
- 3–5 years of HR experience with expertise in performance management, workforce planning, and HR operations.
- Fully implemented and maintained Performance Management System with 100% annual review completion.
- Accurate Workforce Plan and HR budget forecasts updated quarterly.
- Weekly updated HR Department KPI dashboards and departmental performance reports for senior leadership
- Timely and error-free payroll processing as backup support.
- 100% compliance with HSE training requirements and safety reporting standards.
- Improved organizational efficiency through actionable HR analytics and workforce insights.
