Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate with PRO for visa processing (new, renewal, cancellation, status change)
Track visa status, expiry, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
Manage onboarding documentation (medical, Emirates ID, labor contract)
Handle end-to-end frontline store, office and warehouse recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers)
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures
Maintain employee records and HR database
Support onboarding & offboarding processes
Assist in payroll inputs and HR documentation (letters, contracts)
Handle employee queries on HR policies, leave, and benefits
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and internal coordination
Desired Candidate Profile
1- 2–5 years of HR generalist or HR operations experience in the UAE
2- Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation (Emirates ID, medical, labor contracts)
3- Prior experience supporting recruitment for retail/frontline, office, or warehouse roles
4- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, hiring managers, and external PRO services
5- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
