About the Role
We are a multicultural technology product software company with team in Dubai, Poland and working remotely.
As HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our organization through a period of significant growth and transformation. This is a strategic role that requires equal parts business acumen, operational excellence, and people expertise to drive real impact.
You'll partner directly with department heads and senior leaders as we continue to scale the business. Your ability to quickly understand different business functions, their unique challenges, and pressures will be essential to earning credibility and influencing outcomes. Whether supporting leaders through organizational restructures, helping them build teams for new strategic initiatives, or coaching them through difficult talent decisions, you'll need to connect business strategy to people strategy seamlessly.
This means understanding what drives performance in different functions, how to structure roles and teams for scale, and how to retain critical talent in a competitive SaaS market.
Success means leaders view you as their most trusted advisor on all people matters someone who makes them more effective, their teams stronger, and the business more successful.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
- Act as trusted advisor to leaders on org design, workforce planning, and talent decisions
- Use metrics to identify trends in retention, performance, and engagement; drive action plans
- Scale people programs that support rapid growth without sacrificing quality
HR Operations
- Own end to end employee lifecycle processes from hire to exit
- With your extensive knowledge of the UAE Labour law ensure all employee processes and experience is compliant
- Ensure flawless execution of HR policies, compliance requirements, and documentation
- Drive data accuracy in HRIS; generate insights that inform business decisions
Onboarding & Integration
- Design and deliver onboarding experiences that accelerate time to productivity
- Partner with managers to ensure new hires have clear 30-60-90 day success metrics
- Track and optimize onboarding effectiveness through retention and engagement data
Performance & OKR Management
- Lead quarterly OKR calibration and goalsetting processes across assigned teams
- Coach managers on delivering effective feedback and conducting performance conversations
- Manage performance review cycles; identify top performers and address underperformance proactively
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- 5+ years HRBP experience, preferably in fast growing SaaS/technology environment
- Extensive UAE Labor law knowledge
- Proven track record implementing performance management and OKR frameworks
- Strong operational mindset with attention to detail and process improvement skills
- Data driven approach to problem solving; comfortable with HR analytics
- Excellent stakeholder management; can influence without authority
- Experience with modern HRIS platforms (Rippling, BambooHR, Workday, etc.)
