Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining an organized tracking system.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate and confidential employee files (both digital and physical files).

  • Ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Assist in HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and policy updates.

  • Support onboarding activities by preparing new hire documentation and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

  • Maintain employee records accurately in Oracle and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

  • Assist with HR reporting and data entry.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • 3-7 years of experience in an HR support role, showcasing a solid understanding of HR practices and processes.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
