Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining an organized tracking system.
Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate and confidential employee files (both digital and physical files).
Ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist in HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and policy updates.
Support onboarding activities by preparing new hire documentation and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Maintain employee records accurately in Oracle and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Assist with HR reporting and data entry.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
3-7 years of experience in an HR support role, showcasing a solid understanding of HR practices and processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
