Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality across both Mainland and Freezone entities.
  • Oversee the visa application and renewal process, proactively addressing potential issues and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Handle all PRO-related tasks, including document attestation, trade license renewals, and government liaison for both Mainland and Freezone.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including contract preparation, induction programs, and final settlements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a HR and PRO role within the UAE, with specific experience in both Mainland and Freezone environments.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and Freezone requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, management, and government officials.
