Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: HR Director - Consulting Services
Location: Dubai [Open for remote but flexible to travel candidates]
Reports To: Founder & MD, Adler Talent Solutions
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Summary: Adler Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Director - Consulting Services to lead the delivery of exceptional HR solutions to our diverse portfolio of clients across the UAE. This pivotal role involves providing strategic HR outsourcing, advisory, and management services, acting as a trusted HR partner to growing organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the UAE market and regulatory landscape, coupled with a proven ability to deliver tailored, impactful HR strategies that drive client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship & Advisory: Serve as the primary HR strategic advisor to multiple mid-scale clients, building strong relationships and providing expert guidance on complex HR issues.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution: Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies for clients, from workforce planning and recruitment to onboarding and employer branding.
- HR Outsourcing & Management: Oversee and manage comprehensive HR outsourcing services for clients, including administration, payroll, visa processing, and HRIS management.
- Performance & Development: Advise clients on performance management frameworks, employee engagement, and learning & development programs.
- Compensation & Benefits Consulting: Advise clients on competitive C&B structures, market benchmarking, and compliance with UAE regulations.
- UAE Labor Law & Compliance: Act as the subject matter expert on all aspects of UAE labor law (Federal Law No. 33 of 2021), immigration rules, and free zone regulations, ensuring client compliance and mitigating risks.
- Business Development Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and present Adler Talent Solutions' capabilities to prospective clients.
- Team Leadership: Potentially lead and mentor a team of HR consultants or specialists.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR/Business. Master's or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP, GPHR) preferred.
- Experience:
- 10-15 years progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership/consulting role would be preferred.
Mandatory: Extensive and current knowledge of UAE labor laws (Federal Law No. 33 of 2021), free zone regulations, and local cultural nuances.
Experience in talent acquisition, C&B, performance, employee relations, and L&D across diverse industries.
Experience advising and managing HR for mid-scale organizations highly advantageous. - Language Skills: English fluency essential. Arabic proficiency a significant advantage.
