Job Title: HR Sourcing Executive cum Logistics Coordinator:


Job Summary:


The HR Sourcing Executive cum Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting recruitment activities by sourcing and screening candidates while also managing logistics operations, including coordination of shipments, inventory, and vendor communication. This dual-role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

HR Sourcing Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews

  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

  • Assist in onboarding processes and documentation

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns


Logistics Coordination Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations and shipments

  • Clearing shipments using different port portals in UAE and broader.

  • Entering data in company ERP.

  • Liaise with vendors, transporters, and warehouse teams

  • Track deliveries and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods

  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents and records

  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment

  • Resolve logistics-related issues such as delays or discrepancies

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations



Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and/or logistics coordination

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job portals) and logistics systems

  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in UAE/GCC recruitment and logistics processes

  • Knowledge of labor laws and supply chain procedures

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ERP systems
