Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct recruitment and selection processes.
  • Handle payroll posting & formatting
  • Prepare and send monthly renewal documentation to concerned managers and obtain management approval.
  • Update and maintain HRIS (Oracle).
  • Assist in Human Resource Planning (HRP) development.
  • Prepare HR inventory reports and analyze human capital turnover.
  • Create MIS reports for management.
  • Submit expected monthly HR expenses to the Accounts department.
  • Manage documentation for onboarding and offboarding processes, including final settlements.
  • Approve passport release requests through Oracle on behalf of the HR department.
  • Manage IOC correspondence with employees.
  • Ensure compliance with FSSC HR documentation requirements.
  • Address and resolve employee queries.
  • Issue employee letters, including transfers, resignation acceptances, increments, and IOCs.
  • Manage admin petty cash for OHC, employee-of-the-month activities, and camp-related administrative work.
  • Oversee labor camp management and maintain asset records.
  • Support implementation and enforcement of company policies.
