Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes.
- Handle payroll posting & formatting
- Prepare and send monthly renewal documentation to concerned managers and obtain management approval.
- Update and maintain HRIS (Oracle).
- Assist in Human Resource Planning (HRP) development.
- Prepare HR inventory reports and analyze human capital turnover.
- Create MIS reports for management.
- Submit expected monthly HR expenses to the Accounts department.
- Manage documentation for onboarding and offboarding processes, including final settlements.
- Approve passport release requests through Oracle on behalf of the HR department.
- Manage IOC correspondence with employees.
- Ensure compliance with FSSC HR documentation requirements.
- Address and resolve employee queries.
- Issue employee letters, including transfers, resignation acceptances, increments, and IOCs.
- Manage admin petty cash for OHC, employee-of-the-month activities, and camp-related administrative work.
- Oversee labor camp management and maintain asset records.
- Support implementation and enforcement of company policies.
